Russia - BD Manager/Sales manager
Location: Fully remote
Key Accountabilities
1. Business Development: Find new customers, manage relationships, support channel partners.
2. Technical Sales Support: Advise on material compatibility and printability for flexo, gravure, and digital processes.
3. Market Development: Identify growth areas (flexible packaging, industrial graphics), track trends, relay feedback to internal teams.
4. Customer Support: Answer technical questions, coordinate material trials, lead demos and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience: 3-5 years in printing (flexible packaging, industrial, flexo/gravure).
2. Technical Knowledge: Understands printing processes and material-press interaction.
3. Soft Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration.
4. Languages: Fluent in English;
5. Preferred: Background in flexible packaging materials (films, laminates) or technical sales.
