About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of resident companies, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of cooperation with IT Park Uzbekistan.
Each Key Account Manager is assigned a dedicated portfolio of companies and is fully responsible for providing end-to-end support and helping resident companies grow within the IT Park ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of resident companies.
- Conduct regular meetings, consultations, and business reviews with residents.
- Provide end-to-end support for resident requests and inquiries.
- Monitor the development and performance of assigned companies.
- Identify business needs and propose growth opportunities and support initiatives.
- Manage and promote the Resident Loyalty Program.
- Track and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and action items.
- Organize networking events, workshops, and community activities for resident companies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve resident issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare analytical reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar client-facing role.
- Strong experience in account management and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Fluent Russian language proficiency.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
