Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Prosight Dev is an IT Park resident developing innovative digital solutions for the European market. We work with clients from Estonia, Finland, and Sweden, delivering ERP systems and business applications that help businesses grow and operate more efficiently.

We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our international projects.

Responsibilities

✅ Analyze business requirements and translate them into Business Central solutions
✅ Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
✅ Participate in ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live
✅ Conduct workshops, user training, and system demonstrations
✅ Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders
✅ Support UAT and provide post-implementation support
✅ Prepare functional documentation and recommend process improvements

Requirements

✔️ 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV (Navision)
✔️ Experience with ERP implementation and support projects
✔️ Understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, etc.)
✔️ Experience communicating directly with customers and gathering business requirements
✔️ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔️ English level B2+

Nice to Have

➕ Experience with international projects
➕ Experience migrating from Dynamics NAV to Business Central
➕ Knowledge of AL or collaboration with Business Central developers
➕ Microsoft certifications
