We are seeking an Account Manager (remote) for our partner - an American company that empowers beauty professionals to own their business in a private, fully-equipped salon suite for the price of a chair rental. The company provides a premium, private space where stylists and estheticians can serve their clients in complete privacy and style, with 24/7 access and all utilities included.
The Role:
To be the primary point of contact for our valued leaseholders. In this role, you will be the bridge between the company and our community of independent beauty professionals. Your primary goal is to build strong, long-term relationships that ensure our clients' success and satisfaction, directly contributing to high lease retention and the sustainable growth of our business. You will act as a strategic partner, not just a property manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion & Deal Closing
Work with warm incoming leads generated by marketing efforts (website inquiries, phone calls, referrals, and showroom visits).
Engage prospects promptly and professionally — understand their business needs, present the value proposition of our private salon suites, and guide them through the decision-making process.
Convert leads into signed lease agreements by addressing objections, answering questions about pricing, amenities, and terms, and showcasing the unique benefits of our spaces.
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through contract signing, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to leaseholder.
Track all lead interactions and deal progress in the CRM system; provide regular reporting on conversion rates and pipeline status.
2. Client Relationship & Retention
Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop deep, trusting relationships with each leaseholder. Understand their individual business goals, challenges, and needs to become a trusted advisor for their success.
Drive Retention: Proactively engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction and lease renewal rates. Your success will be measured by client lifetime value and retention.
Onboarding & Support: Guide new leaseholders through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and fully equipped to launch their business in their new salon suite.
3. Maximizing Client Success & Profitability
Identify Growth Opportunities: Actively listen and consult with clients to identify opportunities for them to grow their business within our ecosystem. This could include using our high-quality equipment, leveraging 24/7 access to expand their hours, or partnering with other professionals in the building.
Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for any operational or service issues. Liaise with facilities and management to resolve concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a premium, hassle-free experience.
Communicate Value: Regularly remind clients of the unique value they receive (e.g., private individual salons, state-of-the-art equipment, 24-hour access, included utilities like WiFi) and how it directly benefits their bottom line.
4. Operational Excellence & Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner Communication: Serve as the internal "voice of the client" and the external "voice of the company." Coordinate with property management, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Contract & Payment Management: Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and ensure timely payments. Manage any administrative documentation related to the client's account.
Community Building: Foster a positive community among our leaseholders, encouraging collaboration and a vibrant, professional atmosphere within our salon locations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or in a customer-facing B2B/B2C role, preferably in the beauty, real estate, or service industry. Experience with lead conversion and sales closing is a strong plus.
Relationship-Driven: A natural people-person with exceptional communication and listening skills. You are passionate about helping others succeed.
Problem Solver: Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to handle client concerns with professionalism and find creative solutions.
Business Acumen: Understanding of basic business principles, allowing you to identify and communicate growth opportunities for our clients.
Organized & Proactive: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, contracts, and priorities effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other communication tools to manage client interactions and data.
Fluent in English (oral and written): Spanish is nice to have but not required.
