Logistics manager

Join our Logistics Operations team to oversee product shipments, inventory transfers, warehouse returns, and logistics processes across global teams and external partners. You'll coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and logistics partners while maintaining accurate records in NetSuite and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics execution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex logistics workflows and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage influencer shipments: coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment for influencer marketing campaigns, including order creation, inventory allocation, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation.
• Coordinate internal employee shipments: organize and process product requests for internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory allocation.
• Process warehouse returns: manage return logistics, including receipt verification, inventory reconciliation, quality status updates, and return processing in the ERP system.
• Coordinate ICO (Intercompany) stock transfers: organize and monitor inventory movements between legal entities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution.
• Manage inventory transfers for Production: coordinate stock movements to support production activities, ensuring material availability and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory movements in NetSuite: record and validate all warehouse transfers, stock adjustments, and inventory transactions in NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
• Process invoices in NetSuite: create, validate, and manage logistics-related invoices, ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and accurate system records.
• Manage the Logistics shared mailbox: handle logistics-related requests, coordinate communication with internal stakeholders, warehouses, carriers, and external partners, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Communicate with warehouse providers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal logistics processes and company policies.
• Support cross-functional teams (Marketing, Production, Finance, Procurement) on logistics-related activities.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain operational documentation.
• Analyze logistics processes and initiate improvements and automation measures.
• Prepare required documentation and support materials.
• Handle claims and complaints related to logistics operations.
• Optimize storage and transportation costs.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of international courier service providers and tracking systems.
• Understanding of foreign postal service operations and tracking schemes.
• Proven experience in e-commerce logistics, including courier and postal deliveries.
• Skilled in business process analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with aggregator platforms (e.g., Easyship, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• University degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
