- Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of data marts for the Risk Management Division, ensuring alignment with business requirements and analytical needs.
- Design and develop risk-related analytical models, including:
- Affordability / livelihood (income vs. expense) models
- Risk monitoring models supporting portfolio quality tracking
- Early warning and behavioral segmentation logic
- Perform advanced data analysis leveraging internal and external data sources:
- Integration and analysis of credit bureau data
- Analysis of external service providers’ data
- Customer-level insights combining behavioral, transactional, and risk indicators
- Build and maintain customer–employer–income analysis frameworks:
- Salary consistency and reliability checks
- Employer stability analysis
- Income trend and volatility monitoring
- Develop monitoring dashboards and analytical visualizations to support risk decision-making:
- Portfolio monitoring (vintage, delinquency, trends)
- Customer risk segmentation
- KPI and early warning indicators
- Automate and continuously improve reporting and BI solutions:
- Enhance data pipelines and reporting performance (DWH / BI layer)
- Reduce manual effort through automation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams:
- Risk Management
- Data Warehouse (DWH) teams
- BI / Reporting teams
- IT development teams
- Participate in data model design (logical & physical):
- Define fact/dimension structures
- Ensure data consistency and reusability across analytical use cases
- Handle ad hoc analytical and business requests, delivering accurate and timely insights.
- Key Focus Areas:
- Credit risk analytics
- Portfolio monitoring & reporting
- External data utilization (credit bureau, alternative data)
- Customer financial behaviour analysis
