Junior Marketing Communications & Executive Coordinator
Your Mission
As Marketing Communications & Executive Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening BDO Uzbekistan's market presence while providing executive support to the Managing Partner.
You will create engaging content for social media, represent the company in digital communications, support business development initiatives, coordinate external relations, and assist with day-to-day executive and administrative activities.
This position offers exceptional exposure to senior management, government institutions, international clients and leading businesses in Uzbekistan.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing, Communications & Digital Content
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram and other digital platforms.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, articles, company news and promotional content.
- Manage the social media content calendar and monitor performance.
- Produce and edit professional photo and video content for digital channels.
- Support employer branding, corporate events and internal communications
Executive Support
Working directly with the Managing Partner, you will:
- Manage schedules, meetings and business correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials.
- Coordinate communication with government institutions, embassies and business partners.
- Organize official meetings, business travel and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential administrative tasks.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, International Relations or a related field.
Languages
- Excellent English, Russian and Uzbek communication skills.
Skills
- Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and Telegram.
- Basic photography, videography and video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar).
- Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and interpersonal skills.
