Founded in 2022 by Evgeny Pavlov — a British-based entrepreneur and qualified UK Immigration Lawyer — we combine proprietary technology with a team of global mobility experts to remove the complexity from cross-border relocation. Why This Role Matters

You'll be the person who turns ambitious startup ideas into credible, visa-ready financial reality — translating vision into numbers that stand up to scrutiny from endorsement bodies and real-world investors.

You'll build the financial backbone of every case: models that prove viability, unit economics that make sense, and forecasts that tell a convincing growth story. Beyond the numbers, you'll also help shape the written business plan itself — working hand-in-hand with the case's Case Leader to make sure the financial story and the narrative story line up.

In short, you don't just work with numbers — you shape whether a business idea can actually exist on paper in a way that gets approved.

Our Best Candidate

• Has a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (or relevant experience)
• 2+ years in financial modelling, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident working with startup business models and financial data
• Comfortable contributing to business plan writing, not just spreadsheets — able to turn financial logic into clear, persuasive narrative
• Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, CRM systems like ClickUp)
• English level B2 or higher
• Experience in startup / consulting environments is a strong advantage

Our Best Candidate Will Do

• Build 3–5 year financial projections and startup financial models
• Develop P&L, cash flow, pricing, and growth assumptions
• Conduct scenario analysis and model unit economics (CAC, LTV)
• Prepare financial sections of business plans for visa applications, and contribute to the surrounding narrative sections in collaboration with the Case Leader
• Work closely with founders and the case's Case Leader to structure realistic business assumptions and a coherent overall business plan
• Ensure models and business plans meet visa and endorsement requirements
• Review and validate financial data, identifying risks and inconsistencies
• Manage cases and reporting in ClickUp CRM and internal systems
• Collaborate with the team, attend meetings, and track KPIs
