Senior Business Analyst

Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 37 years and continue growing.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the development of a large-scale enterprise platform serving millions of users across the United States.

This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

This is a mature, business-critical product operating in the telecommunications domain with a highly complex business landscape, dozens of third-party integrations, and multiple interconnected business areas.
The platform is continuously evolving through new product development, infrastructure modernization, e-commerce initiatives, and ongoing enhancements, making this an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex business challenges rather than working on isolated features.

About the Product
This is a sophisticated enterprise platform built around a modern microservice architecture with numerous integrations across internal and external systems.
The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding business processes, documenting complex workflows, improving system transparency, and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Because of the platform's size and complexity, onboarding typically takes several months, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys diving deep into business domains and solving challenging analytical problems.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Model business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
• Create Business Scenarios, Use Cases, User Flows, and functional specifications.
• Build and maintain a centralized business knowledge base.
• Work closely with Product Managers and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Clarify requirements and support solution design discussions.
• Continuously improve documentation quality and business process transparency.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working on large enterprise software products.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Experience modeling business processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• English level C1.

Working Environment

This position is part of an international product organization working closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders based in the United States.
The role requires regular overlap with the US Pacific Time zone. Working hours are 13:00–21:00 UTC / 16:00–00:00 GMT+3.
This schedule is essential for participating in daily collaboration, workshops, product discussions, backlog refinement, and business decision-making alongside the US product team.
