Responsibilities:
- Archival document management.
- Supporting in office relocation process.
- HR paperwork management: prepare labor contracts, addendums, job descriptions, orders, references, appointment memos and other related documents.
- Collecting and updating our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information);
- Ensure welcome package for the newcomers: presenting local policies and procedures, bank account, insurance and related documents;
- Ensure IT support to the newcomers(creation of an account, providing access to the internal system, creation of corporate ID card, pass to the office);
- Filling, registering and storage of required HR papers;
- Participates in ongoing HR projects;
- HR reporting;
- Assistance to HR Manager
Requirements:
- Last year’s or fresh graduates students or ability to work a full day;
- Desire to develop in the field of HR;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Kazakh languages;
- Accurate, reliable and flexible;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Conditions:
- Offline (office visiting, candidate need to be located in Almaty);
- 3 month full-time paid internship
