Responsibilities:
Maintain HR administration and personnel records in compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Prepare and process HR documentation, including hiring, transfers, terminations, leave requests, business trips, and other HR orders;
Maintain and update employee personnel files;
Monitor compliance with labor discipline and working time regulations;
Maintain timesheets and monitor employee attendance;
Interact with government information systems when required;
Organize and support the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers;
Maintain the candidate database and support the hiring process;
Organize and facilitate onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
Coordinate and support internal and external employee training programs;
Maintain training records and monitor completion of mandatory training programs.
Requirements:
Higher education degree;
At least 1 year of experience in HR administration and/or recruitment;
Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Experience in personnel administration and HR documentation;
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word);
Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong communication skills;
Experience working with HR systems is an advantage;
Knowledge of English or Chinese is an advantage.
