FP&A Senior Analyst

Responsibilities for consolidated actuals and forecast P&L (3 markets combined - KZ, UZ, KG):

• Development and support of effective, efficient and unified financial planning and analytical models for CA P&L;

• Process owner for ensuring timely and accurate actuals and forecast reporting of CA P&L – swift collaboration and coordination across CA FP&A, HQ FP&A, CA Sales Finance, HQ Supply Chain finance and CA reporting;

• Independent verification of financial integrity and completeness through detailed and standardized cause of changes by market, by P&L line, by category, followed by construction of consolidated financials for CA;

• Management slides preparation and presentation within CA and above market to support timely decision making, reporting to HQ, HFM upload;

• Key point of contact for management in relation to CA P&L (evolution, performance tracking vs targets, risks and opportunities, tasks and reserves);

• AOP P&L;

• Higher education in finance
• Professional management accounting certifications - advantage
• Over 6 years of professional experience in FP&A
• GAAP knowledge
• SAP and 1C ERP knowledge
• Upper - intermediate English
