Operations Manager / Safety Manager / CEO in the USA LOGISTICS

Key Responsibilities

— Manage and supervise daily operations across key departments and teams
— Build, improve, and control internal processes, workflows, policies, and reporting systems
— Monitor team performance and ensure that company targets and KPIs are achieved
— Work closely with the CEO and senior management on operational and strategic decisions
— Coordinate communication between departments and ensure smooth workflow
— Identify operational weaknesses and implement practical solutions
— Manage escalations, urgent issues, and internal conflicts professionally
— Improve service quality, client communication, documentation flow, and operational efficiency
— Prepare regular reports for leadership regarding performance, risks, and improvement areas
— Develop team leaders, improve discipline, and build a strong management culture inside the company

Requirements

— Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in logistics
— Minimum 3 years of experience in management or leadership roles
— Fluent English communication skills — written and spoken
— Strong team management and leadership skills
— Ability to work with several departments and understand their responsibilities
— Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
— Ability to build systems, not only follow existing instructions
— Experience with KPI management, reporting, and performance control
— Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
— Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operational situations
— High level of responsibility, discipline, and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

— Experience in an insurance company or financial services company will be a strong advantage
— Understanding of insurance operations, client service, policy documentation, claims, underwriting, or sales processes is a plus
— Previous experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, Department Head, Safety Manager, CEO/Co-Founder, or Senior Manager is highly preferred
