Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage administrative activities of projects within internal regulations;
- Procure office supplies, greet and assist visitors;
- Ensure smooth operation of office and projects;
- Ability to process and approve Travel Requests, Travel Claims and Expense Report; knowledge of relevant policy and procedures;
- Ability to manage events, including venue identification, accommodation, logistics, catering, transportation, and cash disbursements, etc.;
- Processes monthly based CO payments (collects documents, submits documents for signing, creates invoices;
- Arrange and coordinate staff retreats, office events, project working meetings, workshops and trainings;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
- Frequent site visits as part of the project at Issyk-Kul.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Social Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools.
