Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 37 years and continue growing. Now we are looking for a Senior Sales manager (IT domain).
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development activities across multiple industries and international markets.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, marketing-generated leads, partnerships, and industry events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract signing.
- Sell software development services, AI solutions, and other IT services to small, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Understand client business challenges and position solutions with clear business value and ROI.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, client meetings, and other business development events.
- Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams throughout the sales process.
- Support the initial stages of project execution to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Develop and grow accounts that you bring into the company.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of winning new business and generating revenue.
- Experience selling complex, consultative, solution-led services.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales processes within mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Experience managing sales cycles typically ranging from 2 to 6 months.
- Ability to engage and negotiate with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required (typically at least once per quarter).
Preferred qualification:
- Experience in Insurance, Healthcare, AI, or related technology domains.
- Experience selling to enterprise organizations.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and personal lead generation.
- Experience studying or working abroad.
- Additional language skills, particularly German or Arabic, are a plus.
