Participate in operational, financial, compliance, and process audits.
- Conduct interviews with process owners and key stakeholders.
- Review policies, procedures, contracts, and supporting documentation.
- Perform walkthroughs and test internal controls.
- Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and compliance gaps.
- Document audit observations and supporting evidence.
- Contribute to the preparation of audit reports and management presentations.
- Analyze business and transactional data to identify anomalies, trends, and risk indicators.
- Support the development of data-driven audit approaches.
- Perform analytical reviews using available reporting and BI tools.
- Track implementation of agreed corrective actions.
- Validate completion and effectiveness of measures.
- Support reporting of audit results and action plan status.
- Contributes to the development of audit methodologies, tools, and risk assessment approaches.
- Share best practices and improvement opportunities with business stakeholders.

Strong internal candidates with deep business process knowledge are priority.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, Supply Chain, Finance, Controlling, Operations, Compliance, Loss Prevention, or Internal Audit.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand end-to-end business processes.

Experience working with large datasets.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience with SAP and reporting/BI tools is an advantage.
-
Regular travel to stores and warehouses across Kazakhstan.
