Our client, an international company, is looking for an E-commerce Customer specialist to drive growth and development across key e-commerce channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the company's e-commerce business.
- Manage relationships with key e-commerce partners and marketplaces.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and implement business growth plans for assigned customers.
- Manage product assortment and ensure optimal product availability.
- Monitor and improve key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion, sales, content quality, pricing, availability, and promotional effectiveness.
- Track and manage 6P execution (Product Assortment, Availability, Pricing, Placement, Content, Promotion).
- Work within customer and marketplace portals to monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
- Manage customer reviews and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies in cooperation with marketing teams.
- Prepare and execute annual business plans for key accounts.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with customers and marketplace partners.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working with major marketplaces, including Kaspi, Ozon, and Wildberries.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion, assortment, content, pricing, and sales performance.
- Experience managing marketplace accounts and customer portals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into action plans.
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on achieving business results.
- Strong planning, organizational, and sales management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- English language skills will be considered an advantage.
