SMM/Content Manager - Web3 / Crypto Projects

ABOUT US

We build open-source Web3 infrastructure - a suite of interconnected products used by DAO builders, DeFi users, and crypto-native freelancers worldwide:

• Zenland (zen.land) - decentralized escrow protocol on Ethereum, governed by a DAO
• CreateDAO (createdao.org) - deploy a full DAO governance system in one transaction, no code needed
• DAOForum (daoforum.org) - a dedicated forum for DAO builders and governance researchers

Our products are live, open-source, and growing. We need someone to grow our presence across social media and niche online communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Social media content (daily)

- Write 2–3 posts per day for Zenland, CreateDAO, NYKNYC and DAOForum (educational content, product updates, engagement)

- Generate social media graphics using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar) and/or simple design tools (e.g., Canva)

- Posts are distributed automatically across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, BlueSky, LinkedIn, and X via our publishing workflow - you focus on content and visuals, not logins or manual scheduling

- Maintain a content calendar aligned with product milestones and governance events

2) Forums (mainly support for our existing threads)

- Monitor our sales/announcement threads on niche forums

- Reply to questions from users and handle basic support / clarifications (in English)

- Nice to have: occasionally find relevant discussions outside our threads and engage when appropriate (no spam)

3) DAOForum.org content

- Create and manage threads on DAOForum.org (educational posts, discussion starters, community building)

- Help keep discussions active by responding to comments and guiding threads forward

4) Reddit (occasional)

- Post value-first comments and occasional threads in relevant subreddits (r/ethereum, r/defi, r/freelance, r/ethdev, r/cryptocurrency, and others)

- Follow community rules - no spam, always lead with genuine value

5) Planning and reporting

- Suggest content ideas based on trends in crypto/DAO/DeFi

- Track what performs well and report results (weekly)

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

- Strong written English (our audience is global and English-first)

- Genuine interest in crypto, DeFi, and DAOs (you follow this space)

- Ability to generate AI images for social posts

- Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks

Nice to have:

- Basic understanding of DAOs, DeFi, escrow, and governance

- Experience with niche forums

- Experience with Reddit marketing

- Familiarity with XenForo or similar forum platforms
