Want to build a sales career in the U.S. real estate market — fully remote, with a real path to running your own division? Then keep reading: this is the kind of role where you join on the ground floor and grow with the company.

About us

We're a real estate development company based in Los Angeles. We buy lots and turn them into modern multi-unit residential properties, using the opportunities in California law (SB9 + ADU + JADU). Until now we've been building for ourselves — now we're launching sales of our construction services across Los Angeles, and we're looking for the first person to lead this direction.

Why this is exciting

This is the "number one" position in a brand-new direction. You're not stepping into a ready-made machine — you'll build the sales system from scratch, together with the owners. In the near term, you have a real path to growing into head of the division, with your own team that you'll hire and develop yourself.

One key point: we're launching paid traffic. That means you work with warm inbound leads — people who are already interested in building a home or additional units. No cold calling into the void: your job is to turn existing interest into closed deals.

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound leads (warm leads from paid traffic) for building homes and additional units in Los Angeles

  • Talk to clients on the phone in English: uncover their needs, present what we can do, handle objections

  • Guide each client through the funnel all the way to the deal

  • Build and improve the sales system together with the owners

  • Down the line — hire and train a team as the direction grows

Who we're looking for

  • Fluent, confident spoken English — this is the key requirement. You'll be on the phone with American clients live, every day

  • Strong sales skills and the ability to hold a real conversation, not read off a script

  • Independence and initiative — you'll be building the process, not following ready-made instructions

  • Willingness to work on a Los Angeles schedule

  • A big plus — experience in the U.S. market: in construction / real estate or banking / financial services

What we offer

  • Format: fully remote work from anywhere in the world

  • Schedule: weekdays, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles). For Moscow that's roughly 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM, so your mornings stay completely free

  • Compensation:

    • Month 1 — paid trial period: $1,000

    • After that — base salary + bonus, or bonus only (we'll agree on the format individually, based on your trial results). Target: $3,000–6,000 per month, with room to grow further

  • Growth path: up to head of the division, with your own team

  • Direct work with the business owners, real impact on results, and income that grows along with the direction
