A US-based cybersecurity company specializing in digital crime investigation, online reputation protection, and cyber threat neutralization is looking for an Office Manager
Location: 100% Remote (Global)
Responsibilities:
Assist senior management with HR-related tasks and personnel management
Solve complex administrative and operational problems
Support the recruitment process for company personnel
Create and manage work schedules
Maintain and organize company documentation
Carry out other administrative assignments as needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager, HR Specialist, or in a similar administrative role
Proven track record in previous positions
High level of diligence, responsibility, and empathy
A quiet, dedicated workspace with a desk and reliable equipment for effective remote work
English proficiency: B2–C1 or higher
Knowledge of Spanish is a significant advantage
Confident PC user
Conditions:
Global Remote: 100% remote work from anywhere in the world
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM New York time (1-hour lunch break included). Weekends based on US federal holidays
