Finance Manager / Accountant

We are looking for a Finance Manager / Accountant who will strengthen our financial operations and help us scale our business. We are a team working at a fast pace and constantly scaling our operations. We are looking for an individual who takes ownership of their work, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining PnL reporting

• Handling client billing and invoicing

• Updating daily and weekly financial balances

• Improving and automating financial processes

• Communicating with clients regarding financial matters

• Ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• English level B1 or higher

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-load environment

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proactive approach and readiness to take ownership of tasks
