Accounts payable (AP) accountant

• 1. Invoice & Document Processing

• Receive, verify, and register supplier invoices, acceptance acts, ЭСФ (electronic invoices), and customs documents for accuracy, VAT correctness, and contract compliance.
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices against purchase orders / supply contracts and goods receipt (delivery, customs, and warehouse documents).
• Posting invoices to correct accounts, cost centers, and projects in both SAP and 1C.

• 2. Payments & Treasury Support

• Review of the payment calendar, monitor due dates, and prevent overdue or duplicate payments(through internal FSSC OA approval system).
• Prepare data for bank-client system and reconcile executed payments with bank statements in 1C and SAP accounting.

• 3. Dealer Network & Commission Settlements

• 4. Reconciliations & Closing

• Perform regular reconciliations (акт сверки) with suppliers and counterparties; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger and ensure SAP and 1C balances agree.
• Support month-end and year-end closing: accruals, VAT registers, FX revaluation of payables, and AP reporting.

• 5. Tax & Compliance

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing transactions comply with the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and current National Accounting Standards (NAS).
• Verify and process ЭСЧФ / ЭСФ in line with statutory requirements; maintain input-VAT records.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready supporting documentation for every payable.

• 6. Reporting

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience (automotive, trade, or distribution sector preferred).
• Practical knowledge of 1C (statutory/tax accounting); experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of Uzbekistan tax legislation, NAS, Electronic Document Exchange system, and currency-control rules for import payments.
• Confident with Excel; experience with foreign-currency and import operations preferred.

• Russian – fluent; English – Intermediate or above.

• Chinese language skills are a plus.
