Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and assist with compliance and closing processes while working with U.S.-based clients and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements and summarize financial status for management reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance filings
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc duties as the business grows
  
  Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1 year experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is required
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) is an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English
• English language proficiency is required - daily work involves U.S.-based clients and systems
