Lead Graphic/Marketing Designer

Toggle is a product company building eSIM and VPN solutions for global connectivity across all major platforms, including mobile, desktop, and TV.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Graphic/Marketing Designer who combines exceptional design expertise with strategic thinking and strong leadership skills.

In this role, you’ll do more than create high-quality visual assets across branding, marketing, and growth initiatives. You’ll also shape design processes within the team, introduce AI-powered tools, and set the visual standard across the entire product.

Responsibilities

Design Team Management

• lead and manage the design team: assign tasks, ensure quality, provide feedback, and support professional growth;
• establish processes and workflows within the design team;
• participate in hiring and onboarding new designers.

Branding

• work on the company logo, app icons, and overall brand identity;
• create and maintain brand guidelines;
• prepare materials for digital campaigns, print, and branded merchandise.

Growth Design

• design web funnels, onboarding flows, and paywalls;
• create and optimize email campaigns.

ASO (High-Level Tasks)

• develop new, alternative, and bold screenshot concepts for App Store and Google Play;
• analyze competitors and visual trends in app stores.

AI and Automation

• experiment with AI design tools (e.g., Freepik, NanoBanana, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, etc.);
• build and document AI pipelines to streamline design processes;
• train the team to effectively use AI tools.

What We Expect from You

• 5+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design;
• experience managing and leading a design team;
• strong proficiency in Figma, from wireframes to final designs;
• advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator;
• experience in branding: logos, visual identity, brand guidelines;
• experience in growth and product UI/UX design: funnels, onboarding flows, paywalls, email campaigns;
• understanding of ASO and experience creating app store screenshots;
• practical experience using AI design tools;
• solid understanding of typography, composition, and color theory;
• english B1+(written).
