Join one of the world's leading international iGaming ecosystems, operating across multiple global markets and continuously expanding its payment and partner infrastructure.

We are growing our Partner Acquisition team and looking for ambitious professionals who are ready to build a long-term career in a fast-moving international product.

This is more than a traditional Sales Manager role. We are building a strong talent pipeline of future key specialists who can quickly integrate into our processes, support the team during peak periods, and eventually take on more strategic responsibilities.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and attract new partners and agents across international markets;

  • Build and maintain your own self-search pipeline;

  • Develop and manage relationships with partners;

  • Support the growth of the company's international payment and acquisition infrastructure;

  • Work within established internal processes and guidelines;

  • Quickly adapt to new projects and business needs;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

  • Learns quickly and adapts easily to new environments;

  • Is comfortable handling basic operational and technical tasks (social media tools, eSIM setup, work applications, etc.);

  • Pays close attention to details and implements feedback quickly;

  • Has strong communication and listening skills;

  • Demonstrates leadership potential and a desire to grow within the company.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, Partner Acquisition, or Affiliate Management;

  • Experience with self-search and independent lead generation;

  • Experience in iGaming, FinTech, Digital Products, or other fast-growing international industries;

  • Confidence in using digital tools and online platforms.

Language Requirements

We are hiring candidates with one of the following language combinations:

  • Arabic + English;

  • Arabic + French.

Working Conditions

  • Position: Payment Expansion Specialist / Sales Manager;

  • Number of openings: 5;

  • Office-based role (Monday–Friday);

  • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Moscow time), with reasonable flexibility when needed;

  • Location: Moscow, Krasnoselskaya area;

  • Probation period: 2 months;

  • Starting salary: 80,000 RUB net;

  • For outstanding candidates, we are ready to offer up to 90,000 RUB net from the start.

Compensation & Growth

During the onboarding period, our main focus is not on aggressive sales targets, but on learning, discipline, adaptability, and the ability to build a stable self-search pipeline.

The bonus structure is linked to the number of acquired agents and the markets managed by the specialist. Initial KPIs are designed to support steady growth, process quality, and long-term development.
