Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:ч

• Work in a 24/7 operations environment with rotating shifts (morning, day & night shifts);
• Monitor the accuracy of transaction processing flows and the overall health of processing systems throughout the shift;
• Respond promptly to operational incidents, perform initial investigation, escalate issues when necessary, and coordinate resolution efforts across multiple teams;
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and investigate the root causes of anomalies;
• Analyze the performance and effectiveness of various traffic acquisition channels;
• Participate in the optimization of operational and financial processes;
• Configure and maintain service settings to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of blockchain/crypto/financial markets;
• Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking, and attention to detail;
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills;
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets;
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multitasking environment.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a related field (Fintech, Crypto, Payments, Operations, Analytics);
• Experience identifying growth opportunities and implementing improvements in products or business processes.
