F&B Supervisor

InterContinental Tashkent is looking for an experienced, energetic and service-driven F&B Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who can lead by example, inspire team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of restaurant and bar
• Ensure exceptional service delivery in accordance with InterContinental and IHG brand standards
• Support the Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant F&B Manager in achieving departmental goals and financial targets
• Train, coach, and develop F&B team members to maintain the highest levels of service excellence
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve service-related issues
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health & safety, and sanitation standards
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, stewarding, front office, and other hotel departments
• Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and operational reporting
• Foster a positive, productive, and guest-focused work environment

Requirements

• Higher or secondary specialized education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
• Fluent Russian and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality
