Job Title: Local Event Coordinator

Location: Tashkent, fully on-site.

Role Description:

We are seeking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Local Event Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing events that support business growth and brand presence. This role is critical in delivering high-quality event experiences that drive lead generation, strengthen partnerships, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Event Coordination
   • Plan, organize, and execute local events throughout the entire event lifecycle, from preparation to post-event evaluation.
   • Coordinate with vendors, venues, speakers, and participants.
2. Event Opening and Public Speaking
   • Represent the company at events.
   • Deliver welcome speeches, opening remarks, and moderate selected event sessions.
3. Business Travel and Regional Development
   • Travel regularly across Uzbekistan and CIS countries to organize and support local events.
   • Build and maintain relationships with local partners and communities.
4. Close Collaboration with the Marketing Team
   • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute event-related marketing initiatives.
   • Coordinate promotional campaigns and event visibility across various communication channels.
5. Podcast Recording and Interview Hosting
   • Participate in the preparation and recording of company podcasts.
   • Conduct interviews with partners, clients, industry experts, and guest speakers.
6. Administrative and Budget Management
   • Plan and manage event budgets.
   • Prepare documentation, obtain internal approvals, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
   • Prepare event reports and performance summaries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in event coordination, marketing events, or project management

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

• Experience in planning and executing offline and/or online events (seminars, expos, webinars, VIP events)

• Solid understanding of lead generation, event marketing, and basic sales funnels

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and partners

• Experience working with CRM systems and tracking leads is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle on-site event execution

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality event experiences

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

Language

· Fluent in Uzbek and Russian, English.

Competencies
