Logistics Department Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full vehicle supply process, including ordering, production planning, shipment, customs clearance, and dealer delivery.

• Monitor vehicle allocation and distribution to dealerships.

• Control inventory levels at warehouses and dealerships.

• Conduct inventory audits and ensure stock accuracy and asset security.

• Maintain logistics reports, inventory records, and KPI tracking.

• Handle damaged vehicle cases, repairs, claims, and compensation processes.

• Verify logistics service invoices and monitor logistics-related expenses.

• Coordinate with Sales, After-Sales, Finance, and other departments.

• Lead, develop, and supervise the Logistics team.

• Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

• At least 2 years of managerial experience.

• Automotive industry experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, transportation, and customs processes.

• Proficiency in SAP, DMS, iDMS, TMS, WMS, and Microsoft Excel.

• Russian – fluent; English – Intermediate or above.

• Chinese language skills are a plus.
