Drive pre-sales activities and solution selling for: • Smart Collaboration Products (IdeaHub, Video Conferencing Systems); • Unified Communication and Digital Workplace Solutions;
Design scenario-based solutions, including: • Smart Meeting Rooms and Boardrooms; • Remote Collaboration and Hybrid Workplace Environments; • Industry-specific Solutions for Government, Finance, Education, and Enterprise sectors;
Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concept (POC) activities, including: • On-site demonstrations of IdeaHub and video conferencing systems; • Use-case-driven presentations tailored to customer requirements;
Work closely with sales teams to: • Identify business opportunities and key projects; • Support deal closure through technical engagement and solution positioning;
Collaborate with partners and channel organizations to: • Enable solution integration and successful delivery; • Expand market coverage and business opportunities;
Support RFP/RFQ responses, solution design, and competitive positioning activities;
Provide regional technical support across Central Asia and South Caucasus countries.
Requirements:
Experience in Pre-sales, Solution Sales, or Technical Sales roles or post-sales, delivery, or implementation roles transitioning into pre-sales;
Experience in one or more of the following areas: • Video Conferencing and Collaboration Solutions; • IT Infrastructure, including Compute, Networking, and Unified Communication Systems;
Familiarity with Video Conferencing Technologies (SIP, H.323, and Cloud Meeting Platforms), Collaboration Tools and Unified Communication Systems and Basic Networking Concepts and Technologies;
Understanding of IT Infrastructure, including Compute, Virtualization, and Basic Storage Technologies and Integration with Enterprise Systems and Applications;
Ability to: Conduct product demonstrations independently, support and execute basic Proof of Concept (POC) activities and strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand customer requirements and drive solution adoption;
Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills;
Proven capability in scenario-based solution selling;
Hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated approach to problem-solving;
Experience with Smart Meeting Room and Digital Workplace Solutions, Channel Ecosystems and Partner Enablement Programs;
Experience in government, education, or enterprise collaboration projects is an advantage.
Fluency in Russian is mandatory;
Good command of English is required.
Work Conditions:
Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
