You should be able to plan and launch advertising campaigns independently, based on data analysis, without supervision from a lead. You are ready to manage clients end-to-end, from hypothesis to reporting, fluently in English.

Our goal is to increase our clients’ revenue and profit. For each project, we assemble cross-functional teams and work in short iterations: create hypotheses, implement them, collect data, and draw conclusions.
For every project, we build end-to-end reporting and tie our results directly to real client revenue.
We work with mid-sized and large businesses. Our clients include VkusVill, S7 Airlines, Yandex Practicum, Bonduelle, PIK, Skillbox, 12 STOREEZ, MTS Link, Mindbox, and others across e-commerce, fintech, education, and service industries.
— Work with advertising channels Google Ads, Meta Ads and drive maximum results through them.
— Manage projects by planning and forecasting the impact of your work in numbers and timelines.
— Conduct in-depth market analysis and identify ways to differentiate from competitors effectively.
— Work with analytics systems and end-to-end reporting, quantify results, and build reports in Google Sheets, Excel, or Power BI.
— Build client communication, conduct negotiations, and present the results of your work in Russian or English.
Previous experience
— You have worked at an agency and understand its specifics.
— You have experience in one or more of the following verticals: tech / fintech / healthcare / e-commerce (worldwide).
Budgeting and management
— You have regularly worked with advertising budgets starting from $ 50.000 per month ($100 000 is a strong advantage).
— You can plan and forecast advertising performance in terms of numbers and timelines.
— Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including managing accounts with complex structures across dozens of countries.
— Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), including setting up different events via CAPI.
Analytics
— GA4 and GTM: experience setting up web analytics systems from scratch, working with event parameters, and building custom reports.
— Building manual end-to-end reporting from ad spend to revenue; working with pivot tables in Excel and Google Sheets.

Communication and English
— English level B2+ (C1 preferred): you can confidently lead client meetings, handle written communication, and present reports both verbally and in writing.
— Experience communicating with international clients as a specialist
Use of AI
— Experience using AI for content/creative generation and analytics (Codex, Claude, Cursor), and willingness to actively adopt new tools and automation.
— Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads.
— GMP: Display & Video 360 (YouTube, Display & Video 360, GDN / Remarketing), Search Ads 360.
— Analytics automation: setting up automation systems (Zapier and Albato), building dashboards in Looker Studio.
— A/B testing (VWO, Optimizely) and cross-channel funnels.
Grow a health product's revenue up to $50,000 through paid channels → develop an acquisition strategy, build a media plan, prepare keywords and creatives, launch the project, and get it running smoothly.
Double a medical center's revenue year-over-year → audit the funnel (leads → qualification → patients → average check), identify growth points, prioritize hypotheses, assemble a team for the tasks, and launch a testing pipeline.
Launch a new product in the European market → research the target audience and competitors by country, refine the offer, compile a list of acquisition hypotheses, calculate a media plan, and launch.
On Monday, you notice a 30% drop in qualified leads → you investigate the full chain — ads → CRM (pixels, events, call tracking, lead communication) — and find an issue. After the fix, you prepare a client report: "Here's what happened, here's how we fixed it, here's what we're doing to prevent it from happening again."
— Fully official (“white”) salary: 130,000 RUB net + your taxes. Formal employment and full compliance with all payments and benefits.

— Work on large-scale projects alongside a team of strong experts.
— Our AI assistant will reach out. She'll ask 5–6 targeted questions. The depth of your answers is part of the evaluation. Don't skip this step.
— A short HR interview in Russian (soft skills and general fit).
— Main interview with experts in Russian mostly (discussing experience, cases, and approaches).
— An invitation to a paid test drive, after which we offer a full-time position.
