Reporting and Tax Manager

Обязанности:

• Financial Reporting & IFRS

• Prepare management and statutory reporting in accordance with IFRS across 8 countries
• Ensure accurate accounting postings and timely period close
• Deliver reporting packages and perform P&L, BS, and CF analysis
• Lead transformation from local standards to IFRS and automate reporting processes
• Supervise local accounting teams

• Accounting & Tax

• Oversee accounting under local GAAP and ensure compliance
• Provide methodological guidance and control transaction accuracy
• Manage tax calculations, filings, and monitor legislative changes
• Support tax audits and manage tax risks

• Audit & Internal Control

• Coordinate external audits and implement internal procedures
• Develop and maintain internal control systems (sales, procurement, warehouse, treasury)
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies (incl. anti-corruption and ethics)
• Identify financial risks and support investigations when required

• Planning, Analytics & Treasury

• Analyze business performance and prepare management insights
• Lead cash flow forecasting and budgeting processes
• Manage liquidity, payment calendar, and FX exposure
• Oversee banking operations and ensure timely settlements with suppliers
• Support receivables collection in collaboration with commercial teams

• Higher education in economics/finance.

  - 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting/tax (leadership role).

  - Knowledge of IFRS and national standards of the region.

• - Experience interacting with auditors and tax authorities.

  - Knowledge of ERP (SAP/1C).

  - English — Upper-Intermediate

• Proven track record of transfer pricing (TP) management and compliance

  Experience managing finance processes across multiple jurisdictions as a plus

  Background in audit and internal controls implementation

  Strong analytical skills and business partnering mindset

  Experience in treasury and cash flow management is an advantage
