Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, client records, and correspondence.
- Manage departmental calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales statistics as requested by management.
Sales Coordination
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Coordinate site inspections and hotel show rounds for prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist Sales Managers with corporate, group, and event bookings.
- Ensure all sales opportunities are properly entered and maintained in Marriott sales systems.
Client Relations
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-contract phase.
- Maintain positive relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Respond promptly to client requests and provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities and services.
- Coordinate VIP amenities and special client requests.
Group & Event Support
- Assist in coordinating group room blocks and event arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute group resumes and event information to operational departments.
- Ensure all contracts, deposits, rooming lists, and billing instructions are received and properly documented.
- Coordinate communication between Sales, Events, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, and Food & Beverage departments.
Sales Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client information within Marriott sales platforms and databases.
- Track sales activities, leads, production reports, and account performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis.
Brand Standards & Compliance
- Follow Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton standards and policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Support the achievement of departmental revenue goals and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Demonstrate The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
