AI/ML Engineer

Andersen is hiring an AI/ML Engineer for a project developing intelligent automation solutions, predictive systems, and AI-powered business workflows.

The customer is a global technology company delivering enterprise digital platforms for automating complex operational, financial, and compliance workflows. Its solutions handle high data volumes, integrate with multiple external systems, and support mission-critical processes for international businesses, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and automation.

The project is focused on driving AI innovation across the platform by developing intelligent solutions that improve automation, operational efficiency, and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Converting manual processes to fully automated processes.
• Partially automating processes when full automation is not achievable.
• Helping improve efficiency for both the operations team and customers.
• Reducing the amount of manual (especially repetitive) work mainly for the operations team.
• Predicting answers to questions based on an existing historical knowledge base.
• Predicting costs based on historical knowledge.
• Developing and supporting chatbot-based task automation solutions.

Must-haves:

• Experience in Data Science, AI or other relevant fields for 8+ years.
• Experience with LLMs and building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM orchestration.
• Knowledge of AI agent design patterns: reasoning, planning, tool use, and memory management.
• Proven experience designing, training, and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Understanding of ML fundamentals and MLOps practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong coding skills in languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is the preference, AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
• Ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Programming experience in Java.
• Strong skills in Python application architecuture for production deployments, mono repos, uv, microservices, frameworks such as gunicorn & FastAPI.
• Strong LLM/DevOps.
• Strong skills in infrastructure as code, specifically in Azure environment and BICEP.
• Automated production grade deployments of AI/LLM models.
• Production grade architecture of cloud-based solution.
• Strong Data Science background.
