1. Job Purpose

The Learning & Culture Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the design and execution of training programs and corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee capability, driver quality, and organizational alignment.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality training operations, implementing culture initiatives, and ensuring consistent learning experiences across corporate employees and driver workforce in a large-scale, fast-paced environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Training Delivery & Operations

  • Support the implementation of company-wide learning programs for both corporate employees and drivers.
  • Conduct onboarding training, operational training, and refresher training programs.
  • Facilitate classroom, online, and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Ensure training logistics, materials, attendance tracking, and reporting are properly executed.
  • Support LMS (Learning Management System) data entry, updates, and maintenance.

B. Driver Training Support (Frontline Workforce)

  • Execute driver onboarding training including safety, service quality, and platform operational standards.
  • Support rollout of training content related to customer experience, behavior standards, and compliance.
  • Assist in collecting feedback from drivers to improve training effectiveness.
  • Monitor training participation and completion rates.

C. Corporate Training Support

  • Support delivery of soft skills, functional training, and internal capability-building programs.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors for training execution.
  • Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and learning resources.

D. Corporate Culture Execution

  • Support implementation of culture initiatives, engagement campaigns, and internal communication activities.
  • Assist in organizing events such as town halls, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
  • Promote company values and desired behaviors across employees and driver communities.
  • Collect feedback from employees and drivers to support culture improvement initiatives.

E. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, and evaluation results.
  • Support preparation of training reports, dashboards, and basic analysis.
  • Track training KPIs such as participation rate, completion rate, and feedback scores.
  • Ensure documentation compliance for audits and internal reviews.

3. Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Training, HR, L&D, or related roles.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, logistics, ride-hailing, or platform businesses is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Understanding of training delivery and basic instructional design principles.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large frontline workforce (drivers or operational staff).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and LMS tools is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
