II. Job Objective
The Recruitment Marketing & Online Designer is responsible for creating and executing digital campaigns to attract driver candidates through online channels. The role combines recruitment marketing, content creation, visual design, and performance tracking to improve lead generation and employer branding effectiveness.
III. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute online recruitment campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, Google, and job platforms.
- Create lead generation strategies to increase driver applications.
- Support paid advertising campaigns and optimize recruitment funnel performance.
- Coordinate seasonal or location-based hiring campaigns.
Content Creation & Online Design
- Design recruitment visuals, banners, posters, short videos, and social media content.
- Create engaging recruitment copies and campaign messaging.
- Ensure visual consistency across recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with recruiters to develop candidate-focused content.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding activities on social media and digital platforms.
- Develop storytelling content to improve candidate engagement.
- Manage recruitment landing pages and online communication touchpoints.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign performance metrics:
- CPL (Cost per Lead)
- Conversion Rate
- Engagement Rate
- Application Volume
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and propose optimization actions.
- Maintain reporting dashboards for recruitment marketing performance.
IV. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Content Design.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital campaign execution.
- Basic understanding of paid ads and lead generation funnels is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Data-driven and able to analyze campaign performance.
V. Preferred Skills
- Experience in mass hiring or gig-economy recruitment campaigns.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads.
- Video editing and short-form content creation.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
