Payment Specialist

What are we looking for?

• University degree level with background preferably in Economics/Finance.
• 1 year of experience in accounting & finance area (maybe from bank sphere or accounting)
• Experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP/Atlas), experience with bank online systems is advantage
• Advanced English
• Advanced Russian
• Turkish preferable
• Advanced users of MS Excel, MS Office
• Control procedures in Payment area
• Good communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Payment calendar development: payment days for each country with approvers for all payments (3rd party, Intercompany, Payroll, Tax, etc.)
• Payments execution in bank online in accordance with payment calendar, attach necessary
• documents to bank online
• Contact with banks and Treasury department on questions, issues, access for approvers,
• currency control questions
• Internal controls in payment area
• Processes improvement: automation, corrections in case of legal changes
