We are hiring a Content Marketing Manager to join the Brand & Creative team. The ideal candidate is a strategic, seasoned professional with a proven history of planning and executing content campaigns that increase engagement and drive conversions.

- Assist in producing and ideating content on Travel Rule and Crypto Monitoring, working closely with the broader marketing team to deliver high‑impact assets across channels.
- Own content for Client’s Academy, proposing creative formats to engage audiences online and offline and to boost lead generation, course completion, and the Academy’s reputation.
- Spot opportunities to create or repurpose content that adds value at every stage of the marketing funnel.
- Translate complex topics into clear, useful, and digestible content for customers and prospects.
- Support the development of a content marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes, maintain clear communication, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative across all materials, reflecting the company’s values, positioning, and tone.
- Produce audience‑specific content using Client’s market research and customer personas.
- Measure and report on content performance using defined KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Regularly collaborate with the content team to review quarterly results, celebrate successes, and share insights to elevate campaign performance.

- 4+ years of experience in product content marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role, with proven success in leading content-driven campaigns for product-based IT/tech businesses (complex SaaS products as a plus).
- A portfolio showcasing relevant examples of your work is required.
- Creative mindset while handling complex B2B SaaS content.
- Expert in writing and storytelling, with a strategic mindset toward content development.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Superset, or similar to track KPIs, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
