We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to help us build a strong and engaging social media presence. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging LinkedIn and Instagram content
- Write original LinkedIn posts tailored to two target audiences - tech talent in Central Asia and the Caucasus, and hiring managers, CTOs, and engineering leaders at global tech companies
- Develop content strategies focused on engagement and brand positioning
- Write monthly newsletters for existing clients
- Create and edit one-pagers, presentations, and promotional materials for events
- Monitor social media performance and optimize content accordingly
- Help with office content shoots and event coverage when needed
- Engage with online communities and build meaningful conversations around the brand
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media or content marketing
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts professionally
- Ability to create strategic, engaging, and high-quality written content in a natural, human voice
- Proficiency with Canva for visual content creation
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Instagram Ads
- Comfortable using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools to assist with content - with the ability to edit and humanize the output
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing platforms
