Role Overview
Toggle is a next-generation mobile operator. Mobile internet in 188 countries, delivered via eSIM technology.
You own the product streams that turn new users into loyal ones — onboarding, virality, and loyalty mechanics. Your job is to make sure users understand the product quickly, make their first purchase, come back for the next trip, and bring others along.

Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)
What you will own
- Onboarding
• first-time user flow — from install to first purchase;
• onboarding screens: clarity, conversion, drop-off reduction;
• first eSIM activation experience. - Virality & Referrals
• referral program — mechanics, incentives, tracking;
• GB sharing between friends;
• viral loops built into the core product experience. - Loyalty
• credit cabinet — bonuses, cashback, rewards;
• loyalty program design and mechanics;
• gamification: achievements, streaks, levels;
• personalization based on travel history.
Responsibilities

own the roadmap for your streams end to end;

build and test hypotheses to improve conversion and retention;

design mechanics that make users return and refer others;

set up analytics for your streams — funnels, cohorts, retention curves;

write clear specs, work with design and dev, accept results;

report on key metrics weekly.
Key metrics:
- onboarding completion rate;
- install → first purchase conversion rate;
- repeat purchase rate;
- referral rate (users who bring at least one friend);
- credits usage rate;
- D30 retention.
What We Expect from You
Hard Skills:
- 3+ years as Product Manager on a consumer mobile product;
- experience with at least one of: loyalty programs, referral mechanics, gamification, or onboarding optimization;
- strong understanding of retention and engagement funnels;
- hands-on analytics — Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalents;
- can write clear product specs for developers;
- english — fluent (product is global, Western audience).
Soft skills:
- thinks from the user — not from a feature list;
- creative in finding non-obvious growth levers;
- works independently across multiple streams without dropping context;
- communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- experience in travel, telecom, or subscription products;
- launched a referral or loyalty program from scratch;
- gamification or credits system design experience;
- experience with Western consumer audiences.
