Positive View is expanding its sales team and looking for a Junior Sales Manager who is eager to grow in IT sales and business development. We are searching for someone ambitious, proactive, and highly motivated to learn, communicate with international clients, and grow together with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in business development activities;
- Communicate with potential clients and participate in introductory calls and meetings;
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers;
- Work closely with LeadGen, Recruitment, Marketing, and Presales teams;
- Maintain CRM records and keep client information up to date;
- Learn and develop an understanding of the IT outsourcing/outstaffing market;
- Participate in identifying new business opportunities and sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly motivated, proactive, and ambitious personality;
- Interest in sales, business development, and the IT industry;
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently;
- Any previous experience in sales, customer support, lead generation, or client communication would be a plus;
- Basic understanding of the IT sphere or technologies would be an advantage.
