About Сardooworld

We are building DepositFree - a B2B2C service that replaces traditional security deposits with a small daily fee. Our goal is to become the most convenient and fastest way to rent without a deposit for millions of people worldwide.

We remove the barrier of frozen deposits, turning a stressful process into a simple commission payment. For car rental businesses, we create infrastructure that boosts conversion, increases average order value by 63%, and saves time on deposit returns.

We work in the enterprise segment. Our clients are located globally, with the highest concentration in Cyprus, UAE, and Greece.

Our Product

The product we're building is large and complex. It consists of several parts: widgets to integrate DepositFree on partner websites, a payment engine with virtual cards, client dashboards, and an admin panel. We issue payment cards through major issuing banks across different countries, automatically hold limits, and instantly charge funds for insurance cases. We show partners analytics on conversion, deposit savings, and average check growth, and integrate with their booking systems and CRMs via API. We localise the entire user experience for different markets.

The team is small, there are no minor tasks. We have offices in Cyprus and the UAE. Most team members are Russian-speaking.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle sales process (outreach is already set up, you focus on negotiations and closing deals);

  • Research and enter new EU markets from scratch;

  • Conduct market mapping of car rental companies, identify pain points, and build entry strategies through hypotheses, not templates;

  • Sell solutions to business problems - speak the client's language: funnel growth, average check decline, collection efficiency

  • Shape processes - we're a startup with few regulations. You'll help define approaches to outreach, segmentation, and objection handling

  • Work with modern tools as a power user: Hubspot, Slack, Asana, AI tools to accelerate deal cycles and not lose enterprise clients in routine

Expectations from the candidate

  • Full-cycle sales experience in the IT segment

  • At least 2 out of 3 industry backgrounds:

    -> Car rental B2B / enterprise
    -> Payments / Fintech
    -> Rental (cars or real estate) + broker networks
  • Experience with Europe (EU) required. USA is a plus

  • Deep understanding of client pains: funnel growth, average check decline, collections

  • Self-driven and autonomous - you love market research

  • Tolerant of ambiguity - no rigid playbooks

  • Fluent spoken and written English — you can talk to the English
