Senior Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer to work in Almaty Office, 5/2.

Specific knowledge

Legislative and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating production, economic and financial activities of the company and the basis of the laws of the countries - partners that are relevant to the company activity;

Methodological and other legal materials;

Civil, labor, financial, administrative law;

Tax legislation;

Pension legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Procedure for accounting and reporting of business and financial activities of the company;

Procedure for commercial contracts, collective agreements, branch and regional agreements formation and implementation;

Order of systematization, inventory management and legal documentation using modern information technologies.

Higher (or post-graduation) legal education and 6 years of experience in international companies as a Corporate / In-house Lawyer with the strong knowldege of RoK Legislation in all spheres.

Working regime 5/2 in Almaty, Essentai Office.
