Senior Attorney (Senior Lawyer) - In-house Legal Group - ICS Department, Almaty

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its Almaty In-house Legal Department (Contracting Group).

The role will involve:

• Developing and updating template (standard) agreements for client service lines, as well as agreements for specific projects;
• Providing legal opinions on client-proposed amendments to standard agreements;
• Providing legal support with respect to agreement prolongation and termination;
• Discussing the legal aspects of client service agreements with firm personnel and clients, and maintaining the relevant correspondence;
• Regularly updating existing policies and procedures;
• Monitoring changes in legislation in the firm’s area of business and licensing, and ensuring firm corporate documents comply with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• A higher legal education;
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a legal field;
• Experience in legal transaction support within the framework of business activities (specifically, service, staff loan, insurance agreements), and claim administration experience;
• Experience in project management, analytics and corporate documentation management;
• Advanced English.
