ESG Analyst

Your responsibilities will include, but may be not limited to:

· Analyze corporate governance system and prepare recommendation to improve ESG profile

· Collect, systematization data of corporate governance

· Preparing non-financial reports (GRI, SASB)

· Support ESG team on research and strategy recommendations to business across a variety of areas: corporate governance, human rights, social impact, philanthropy, diversity, equity, inclusion, green finance, esg banking, climate change, supply chain, energy, water, recycling, carbon certification, circular economy etc.

· Perform deskside research – including media monitoring, trends analysis, partnership audits, benchmarking, competitive analyses, fact-finding, backgrounders, and research on sustainability topics.

· Conducting business modelling on various company ESG projects. Support multiple account teams with projects development and run.

· Assist in the development of data analyses and written materials, including reports, blogs, internal communications, presentations, assessments, research summaries, and general correspondence.

· Develop and regularly update project management timelines, partnerships, and conferences lists.

· Support coordination of meetings, agendas, notes, and administrative support for events.

· Analyze industry and marketplace trends and summarize for teams.

· Support multiple account teams with various projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

· Hold a university degree in Business, Law, Technical Science or Science (in Finance, Economics, Management, Sustainable Growth, Environment) and/or equivalent

· At least more than 1,5 - 2 year of relevant experience within consulting, risk management, strategy, corporate governance, compliance, with the focus on ESG [like sustainability reporting, human rights, internal audit, ESG-strategy, ESG rating etc.];

· Experience with preparing non-financial reports in accordance with GRI, SASB (all stages of preparing)

· Russian – fluent, English – advanced/fluent (both oral and written)

· Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Project, and other databases/management tools is desired.

· Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather and interpret information, then formulate recommendations; the ability to analyze data is desired.

QUALIFICAIONS:

· Ability to analyze corporate governance system

· Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks: GRI, SASB,

· Have a good understanding or ability to learn common requirements CDP, SEC, TCFD, MSCI, Sustainalytics

· Data management and visualization skills

· Strong research skills and analytical skills including ability to collect and interpret information and give recommendations, ability to analyze data

· Knowledge main requirements of Corporate Governance (International and local levels)

Soft skills:

· Ability to operate in multitask environment;

· Strong presentation skills (including PowerPoint slides structuring and preparation);

· Strong research and analytical skills (advanced Excel user and work with big data);

· Business and analytical writing skills (both in Russia and in English);

· Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively

· Exhibits a strong drive for results
