GenAI Engineer Trainee

The GenAI Engineer Traineeship at Andersen is your entry point into real AI-driven development, with the opportunity for further employment. You will gain hands-on experience with modern Generative AI technologies and start your career in a team of professionals.

The program is open in Kazakhstan:
for candidates from Almaty — office attendance is required;
for candidates from other cities — an online format is available.

4 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project;

Who we are looking for:
The one who understands the value of modern AI technologies and wants to build a career in Generative AI.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or higher level of English (verbal communication);

• understanding of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering and multimodal AI concepts;

• knowledge of major LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) and basic model selection principles;

• understanding of RAG architecture and vector databases;

• basic knowledge of inference, fine-tuning and LLM serving concepts;

• familiarity with AI agent frameworks and AI-assisted development tools;

• understanding of ML ecosystem (Hugging Face, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and AI system design.

Will be a plus:

• experience with cloud AI services, computer vision or speech pipelines;

• knowledge of graph-based systems and advanced RAG approaches;

• understanding of monitoring and cost optimisation techniques.
