Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Maintain and update SAP accounting records, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOD principles.
• Provide financial advice while ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and corporate standards.
• Lead reconciliations with vendors and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Lead and participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
• Prepare for and manage Internal and External Audits, addressing findings within set deadlines.
• Monitor the balance sheet monthly and ensure financial work instructions are regularly updated.

Hard skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior Accountant, preferably in a multinational company.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• SAP postings, 1C, Excel - user level.
• Accounting, statistics and tax reporting (300.00, 101.04, 100.00, 101.01, 101.02) – advanced level.
• Control over the accurate reflection of accounting operations and proper reporting of accrued taxes (AR, AP, import, export, salary, and salary taxes).
• Providing consulting services to the accounting department regarding tax legislation.
• Analysis of agreements for tax purposes and business risks.
• Communication with tax authorities, answers to tax notifications.
• Experience with loans (interest accruals).
• Experience in Preparing Technical specifications (1C, SAP).

Soft skills:

• English – intermediate.
• Teamwork Skills and Leadership Experience (Skilled in conflict resolution, team motivation, and creating a positive and productive work atmosphere).
• The ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and financial landscapes.
