Our program is a structured and practice-oriented path into the Business Analysis profession, combining training from scratch, hands-on work with real tools, and full preparation for starting on commercial projects as a Business Analyst.
The training consists of two key stages:
1. Online course Business Analysis from Scratch
The initial stage designed to provide a confident entry into the profession:

training is conducted in English;
classes are held several times a week for 2–2.5 hours in the evening — ensuring a comfortable immersion into a new profession;
course length: 1 month — intensive format to quickly build a solid foundation;
the program includes theory, practice, and homework assignments;
a certificate is awarded upon successful completion;
the course concludes with a final exam;
mentors are Middle and Senior Business Analysts from our company.
2. Laboratory
Hands-on training and preparation for starting on a commercial project:
an intensive stage closely simulating real work conditions:
theoretical and practical training for working on commercial projects;
teamwork based on the SCRUM methodology under the guidance of an experienced Tech Lead;
weekly progress tracking and feedback;
development of soft skills, presentation skills, and English practice;
participation in internal and training projects of the company;
mastering key business analysis tools and development processes.
Laboratory Format:
on-site in the Almaty office or remotely for other locations in Kazakhstan;
3–4 months, 5 days a week, full-time.
Upon completion of the program, participants receive comprehensive training for a confident start on Andersen’s commercial projects.
Requirements for the course:
english Upper-Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication);
german Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication) is optional but will be a strong advantage;
experience in banking, retail, or logistics will be a plus;
completed UI/UX courses or any programming language courses will be a plus;
readiness to complete a traineeship at Andersen.
