Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage crypto projects (pre-TGE & post-TGE)
  • Build pipeline of projects needing market making, liquidity, o exchange support
  • Conduct first-touch outreach and qualify leads before passing to sales
  • Build relationships with funds, launchpads, and KOLs
  • Maintain active presence in Korean Web3 communities (Telegram, X, Discord)
  • Leverage personal network to generate consistent deal flow

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, narratives, and competitors activity
  • Identify projects with strong potential and upcoming token launches
  • Provide feedback to internal team on market conditions

Events & Representation

  • Represent the company at local events and conferences
  • Build long-term relationships with founders and decision-makers
  • Act as the face of the company

Requirements

  • 3+ years in BD / partnerships in crypto
  • Strong existing network in Web3 ecosystem (must-have)
  • Experience working with:
    • token projects
    • exchanges (CEX/DEX)
    • KOLs / communities
  • Understanding of:
    • market making basics
    • token liquidity & order books
    • exchange listings
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

What Matters Most (Real Expectations)

  • Ability to bring deals, not just conversations
  • Strong access to founders, KOLs, and decision-makers
  • Experience with first-touch outreach → passing to closer
  • Understanding of how market making impacts price, liquidity, and listings

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working with a market maker
  • Connections with top-tier funds or Advisors
  • Track record of closed deals

Role Structure (important for your model)

  • BD = first touch + relationship builder
  • Sales team = closing & structuring deals
  • Compensation typically tied to deals sourced (rev share / bonus)
