We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager (Content Manager) to join the Corporate and Media Communications Department. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping AIFC’s public image through strategic media engagement, high-quality PR content, and effective communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening AIFC’s brand visibility and ensuring consistent, accurate messaging across media channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality PR content (press releases, articles, presentations, publications), primarily in Russian
- Ensure all materials align with AIFC’s communication strategy and brand positioning
- Review incoming correspondence and maintain proper documentation standards
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers
- Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews with AIFC representatives
- Ensure accurate and favorable media coverage
- Organize and support media events, briefings, and press conferences
- Contribute to the execution of PR campaigns to enhance AIFC visibility
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate closely with the Director and provide recommendations aligned with organizational strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in PR, media, journalism, or related fields
- Proven experience in professional copywriting and media communications
- Strong writing and editing skills (especially in Russian)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Russian, Kazakh, and English
